2011 Representative team selection trial times
Updated on Thu, 09/09/2010Selection for the 2011 Representative teams will commence on Wednesday 1st September and run for four (4) weeks.
11 Years Development Team (girls turing 11 in 2011) 4.30pm to 5.45pm
12 Years Rep Team No Training Wednesday 8th September, Training Wednsday 15 Sept, Monday 20th Sept, Wed 22nd Sept 2010 all from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
13 Years Rep Team 4.30pm to 5.30pm - Training the same time as the 12 years rep team.
14 Years Rep Team 5.30pm to 6.30pm
15 Years Rep Team 5.30pm to 6.30pm
17 Years Rep Team 6pm to 7pm
Opens Rep Team 6pm to 7pm

Lismore Netball Rep Teams Resource Materials: Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Practical Application
"Sport Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Resource Paper "Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L)" (2005) was a keystone document that set out a framework for sport development in Canada through the provision of a common roadmap for sport and athlete development. LTAD, an eight-stage model based on the physical, mental, emotional and cognitive development of children and adolescents, supports the four goals of the Canadian Sport Policy – Enhanced Participation, Enhanced Excellence, Enhanced Capacity and Enhanced Interaction. These documents have been posted on the Canadian Sport for Life website and can be downloaded for distribution at no cost".
