Responsibilities of Clubs on Canteen Duty

Clubs are to supply 4 workers 13 years and above in the canteen on their rostered days, no children 12 years and under are permitted to work in the canteen at any time.

Clubs who are rostered for full days are required to put the bin liners in the bins before placing them around the courts, the bins on the grass courts are to be brought in at 11am. At the end of the day, clubs are to ensure that all rubbish has been picked up, empty the bins and put them away.

Clubs with morning duty (8.30am - l1am or Ipm) are to put the liners in the bins before placing them around the courts.

Clubs with lunchtime duty (1lam - 1 pm) are to pick up rubbish and bring the bin in from the grass courts.

Clubs with afternoon duty (lpm - 4.30pm) are to ensure that all rubbish is picked up off the grass and bitumen courts, the bins are to be empted and packed away.
